الجدول الزمني، واعتمادات الوثائق والمواد، والمشتريات، ومتابعة التنفيذ، والتقارير، كلها تُبنى من مصفوفة نطاق واحدة. البرنامج يولّدها تلقائيًا من ملفاتك، وأنت تراجعها وتعتمدها على ثلاث مراحل.The schedule, document and material approvals, procurement, site progress and reports are all built from one scope matrix. DONUTIX generates it from your files; you review and approve it in three stages.

كمية كل بند في كل فراغ، تُملأ تلقائيًا من جدول الكميات والمخططات، ثم تُراجع وتُقفل بالاعتماد.The quantity of each item in each space, filled from the BOQ and drawings, then reviewed and locked on approval.
الاعتماد يقفل المصفوفةApproval locks itأي تعديل على جزء معتمد يحوّل الأجزاء التالية إلى «يحتاج مراجعة» ويفتح مراجعة جديدة للنطاق، فلا يختفي أي تغيير دون أثر. لكل طرف مصفوفته، ويُدخلها المالك ومن يفوّضه فقط.Editing an approved part marks the later parts "needs review" and opens a new scope revision, so no change goes untraced. Each party has its own matrix, entered only by the owner and their delegates.

Every screen exports to Excel and re-imports after editing to update the data directly.
